Does anyone have any good mocktail recipes that aren’t just drinking a glass of juice or sugar water for someone whose alcoholic beverages of choice are a glass of bourbon, red wine, gin and tonic, etc? Probably shouldn’t be drinking 5+ nights a week.

I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

It's embarrassing and really makes me think less of my fellow San Diegans. Not beating the stereotype of Southern Californians being entitled and solipsistic.
So wild seeing a City Councilmember post about masked federal agents assaulting and killing people, and the comments are all ”What are you doing about the parking fees???”
What if the societal issue that inspired and mobilized you to action was having to pay for parking

The moment I was radicalized was when Obama campaigned on closing Guantanamo and ending torture and then as soon as he was he was sworn in he said nevermind and just didn’t do it.
No politician has disappointed me more than Barack Obama.

Democrats are totally devoid of a leader right now at an existential moment for our country and he just shares his dumbass lists and podcasts and then dips.

That guy looks like what would happen if someone’s parents were cousins and their parents were cousins and their parents were also cousins.
NEW: In response to Alex Pretti's killing, Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said that it was "really hard to watch" protesters carrying upside-down American flags.

He called protesters "lawless hordes" and said they should go "back to Mogadishu."

He also blamed Pretti for (legally) carrying a gun.
Mississippi Governor Defends Federal Agents After Alex Pretti Killing
Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves suggested Alex Pretti may have been to blame for his own killing because he had been legally carrying a holstered gun.

This weekend while it was snowing elsewhere I planted 2 papaya, a mango, a pineapple guava, a pink guava, two figs, a cherry of the Rio Grande and 10 ice cream bean trees. I didn’t get to plant my apricot bare root or avocado. Next weekend. 🌱 #gardening

No that’s why ICE and Trump officials aren’t welcome you nitwit
So you’re fine with your neighborhood being filled with people who broke the law, don’t have proper documentation and likely can’t have legal jobs or pay taxes?

In most developed countries, this wouldn’t fly.

I’m confused why Americans want this?

Just a PSA for San Diego people, Armstrong Garden Centers have amazing deals on bare root fruit trees this weekend. $22.99 for a few different low chill apples, peaches, nectarines, an apple, an apricot and maybe a couple other things. I picked up a Blenheim apricot.

Good news! I didn’t sleep last night either. It’s ok though, surely I can stumble through my busy day with a migraine, being unable to process anything and feeling like I am drunk.
Every time I get a cortisone shot in my shoulder I forget that it gives me anxiety and really bad insomnia until the second night after the injection when I’m laying in bed at 3 am wondering why I haven’t slept for one minute yet.

But hey, at least it also didn’t help my shoulder!
