This character in particular surprised me as I wrote them

I was worried they were going to be too generic or stereotypical, but throughout their introductory chapter, their unique idiosyncrasies have revealed themselves, and I am now SO excited to write them more 😈

And by contrast, the heroes/good characters in LotR and the Hobbit often encourage keeping one's spirits up during hard journeys, and the importance of the morale of one's army

Even if you yourself have doubts, lifting up those around you is portrayed as a better choice than succumbing to despair

Pre-transition me would be cynical about people who focus so much on their appearance, dismissing them as vain or shallow

Nowadays I love looking in the mirror, seeing my hips sway, watching my breasts bounce, trying on cute outfits

And I find myself smiling a lot more 🥰
