Trump in a room with a very charismatic person results in like half a day of Trump agreeing with everything that person said, so this has the potential to be very, very funny.

Man, CBS must feel really stupid right now!

Just kidding, CBS wasn't settling a lawsuit. They were paying a bribe and they knew it.
Eleventh Circuit throws out Trump's suit against CNN in a per curiam unpublished ruling. Meaning Trump's arguments were totally meritless, not even worthy of a published opinion. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/26...

I think the President of the US responding to a question about the murder of a journalist with "A lot of people didn't like that gentleman" is probably pretty bad.

ICE has been spotted in Durham today and people are scared but also mobilizing to support our neighbors on a level that's honestly awe-inspiring. If you want to help locally or donate from anywhere, Siembra NC is doing incredible organizing work already www.siembranc.org

Just the president of the United States rationalizing that a Washington Post reporter was basically asking to be murdered and cut to pieces with a bone saw because of his reporting.

As he sits next to the thug who ordered it.
Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."

Now Trump (married 3 times, famously cheated on his pregnant wife with an adult film star) is attacking Republican Rep. Massie for getting remarried after his wife died.

Even Trump’s former lawyer Jenna Ellis is appalled.

Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

A thing I wrote about Schumer when Mamdani won the primary and kind of thinking about it a lot the last two days
Worth reminding everyone that the current highest ranking Democrat in America openly admits he bases his decisions on what he thinks an imaginary person would want and today he and most of his allies are struggling to understand how somebody like Mamdani won by talking to voters who actually exist
