"Sophitia pegs Roger's Milfage meter" is not a sentence I thought they would let you print in a magazine back then but alas, there it is.

You know you're posteing enough when you have a sleeper agent activation phrase along the lines of "modern day winona ryder shoplifting situation" that makes at least 14 people across the world's neurons activate.

Oh! Bonus tip: 2-3 game blocks are your friend. Even you've got like, a whole day to play, play 2-3 games, take a break, eat, hydrate, do things that are light on brain activity. Brain fatigue in esports is a VERY real thing and it's hard to catch when it's happening to you

2. Your takeaways from review should always focus on "okay, what did I miss, what can I look for in the future to know I need to be doing X at Y time" and then, play the next few games intentionally looking for that thing; even if it means missing something else at first while you build the habit

On tips though I can definitely help with like a ton of stuff! But since you mentioned replay review; two BIG tips for that:
1. Always focus on what YOU could have done during replay review. You'll see a bunch of teammate/enemy mistakes, but those won't help you nearly as much as your own play, and-

Oooh yknow that is a REALLY good question; I haven't been keeping up with the resources as much the last few years since I've been coaching directly myself. Lemme do a little digging this week and I'm sure I can turn up some good stuff!

It's basically software that runs through Stream Deck that you can use to control a way larger variety of things than stream deck on it's own. I've seen some folks wire it up to like, their lighting systems and such; I've also connected it to web apps here and there to do various silly things

Plat's pretty good for bein on a break for that long! Pushing for Diamond is definitely possible, it's really that Diamond to Masters stretch that strictly necessitates a practice schedule and targeted practice

Depending on what exactly you're running, consider setting up Bitfocus Companion for it and the shenanigans you can create go through the roof. That shit integrates with EVERYTHING

I dont understand what you mean. Explain like I'm 5 so I can interpret your explanation in the least charitable way possible.

I was literally learning to read when I first played FF7 and even I picked up on "hey they're putting that weird Mako stuff in cars like gasoline and the evil guys are making that stuff"

Little me never got past disc 1 though and it'd be another few years before I got the metaphor, but STILL

The Money Wizard has once again arrived with a dire prophecy and who knows if the world collectively will listen this time

Just had to switch off of a video I was watching, on a topic I'm interested in, cause the speaker was stuck in permanent fortnite accent and it sounded like the speech equivalent of jangling keys for a baby. How do people live like this?

You have no idea how many feedback forms I'm gonna submit this week to news orgs about their article headlines being anti-catholic though. Pope says no clickbait that means no clickbait

Well that takes a little of the fun out of it but I'm still in

Oh boy time for walkies

Yeah I was in the same boat so maybe it's just the game not clicking with me but I also feel like there's a reasonable case that the teamup abilities idea really doesn't suit Overwatch even if it does work for Rivals
consort.bsky.social
hold up we can eat plutonium now?
consort.bsky.social
Yeah I'm really not a fan of the team-up Rivals style feature either. Feels like it sets up obligations and hard-enforced team structures which like..... Overwatch already has enough of that just in how kits synergize, I worry we'd end up in a meta where 1 pick determines 2-5 others
