It’s not a “head scratcher” why gen z is watching less new tv. Sharing streaming services, there’s not a show on right now that has live-posting moments outside of Stranger Things - which started when they were kids - and they’re rewatching shows like Friends as nostalgia for before they were born.

This is specifically about bsky.app/profile/ifyc... btw. It's not lost on me that Crowd Control was first received on Reddit by "fans" asking what the qualifications are from a seasoned black comedian. None of the other shows on Dropout get asked "why are you allowed to be here"
I think I can understand this line of thinking to get here but you’d have to do a couple of things to get here:
-Underestimate a seasoned comic’s read of body language.
-Take away the agency from a literal dominatrix.
-Think that the team that makes the shows would miss the uncomfortable cues.

I'm not here to defend no man but at least base your accusations on something specific. Insane work to just throw out wildly speculative and inflammatory accusations because you watched a heavily edited show and caught a ~vibe

Ify having to defend himself as a poly person because someone wrote a fanfic about him is insane work. Let me just say the optics of a black man's sexuality under scrutiny as being predatory because of a vibe~ from someone who has never met him and is not relying on actual anecdotes either?

It's so crazy to me how people really underestimate the impact of art. Watching the Daggerheart announcement and the various art pieces makes me so excited to explore different creatures/classes etc. the lack of creation and imagination in AI really falters in the face of creativity.
