Asking the ICE agent beating a guy up on the pavement to hold still so I can scan his QR code that he was required to wear instead of a badge that can simply be read
I am introducing the Quick Recognition (QR) Act, which requires ICE and CBP officers to wear uniforms featuring QR codes. When scanned, the code would generate a digital ID displaying the officer’s name, badge number, and law enforcement agency.
ICE should be unmasked both physically and digitally.

played a bit more of silent hill f (this time in linux) and it ran great. honestly if I have to deal with some minor command line inconveniences in exchange for never having to see copilot again it’s a small price to pay. already set it up as my default boot partition, we’ll see how long it lasts

got a second SSD, threw bazzite on it, and slapped it in the desktop. immediately struck by how snappy and unassuming it is. immediately ran into an issue with my wi-fi drivers and had to paste some commands in the terminal to turn off power saving. so it goes lmao

hell of a basho the past couple of weeks, major upsets and surprise injuries put the championship in play right until the last day. aonishiki is a beast, dude is gunning for yokozuna and I think he’s got it in him

4 senior House Dems — Hakeem Jeffries, Katherine Clark, Pete Aguilar, & Ted Lieu — voted for a Republican-led resolution to “CONDEMN SOCIALISM,” a symbolic measure that passed the chamber on Wed.
