And here it is! Exactly the sort of rushed, half-assed smear-job that we expected.

These eugenics-obsessed freaks didn't even have the conviction to put their names on it, so HHS published this 400-page stack of lies anonymously.

Fuckers.

In the span of a hour, they stealth edited the article from trans woman to "biological male who identifies as a woman." The BBC isn't fit for purpose.
It looks like that BBC page has been updated in the last few minutes, so that's no longer the last sentence. I think part of it has been moved to this paragraph in the middle of the article, and the age is no longer mentioned:

It would be easy for me to pick on RFK Jr. when it comes to autism. But his lies about the CDC is part of a larger rollback on the idea of #Neurodiversity and Autism Acceptance.
OPINION by Eric Garcia, author and senior correspondent for The Independent:

“The current administration focuses on ways autism can be terrible, as if those are the only accurate barometers of a decent life.”

The Trump administration is working toward treating autism as something to be prevented, rather than building a health care system that helps people.

Nov 25 2025 @rikiwilchins.bsky.social -- At least four federal judges have now blocked portions of or the entirety of invasive DOJ subpoenas served on 20 health providers of gender-affirming medical care for trans minors.

A trio of public rulings, including one on Friday, all side with providers. Two rulings also raised sharp questions about DOJ's moves in recent months.

A really well-done study on HRT's effects as a suicide preventative for youth. This research doesn't really tell us anything new--just confirm the findings of smaller studies, which matters a lot.

Here's the nutshell version of it's strengths and weaknesses.

A very, very important peer-reviewed empirical study published in the academic journal Pediatrics shows that hormone treatment of young trans people decreases suicidality very significantly.

Doubtless it will be ignored by Simonoff et al, who are not even measuring this in the “Pathways” study.

Wow — Senators Van Hollen, Smith, Murphy, Sanders, Warren, Markey, Merkley, Heinrich have created an official internal "Fight Club."

They're challenging Schumer & Gillibrand's leadership, arguing the party is using an old, corporate-friendly playbook insufficient to take on Trump or win elections.

it’s also a thing where people can be convinced. the right got some people worked up about trans women in sports but possible to get people a lot more worked up about individual/parental rights, genital inspectors, etc
I think Democrats should double down on trans rights now. It's obvious that most voters don't care about it so you might as well stick with your principles and goad Republicans into focusing on it at the expense of everything else so they're the ones who look like freaks.

It cannot be said enough, nearly every Democrat who listens to Carville loses, and nearly every Democrat who does what he's against wins. We just had an overwhelming demonstration of that a couple weeks ago. Put this zombie out to pasture already. He's useless.
The article is called "Out With Woke". He specifically calls for sacrificing all marginalized communities upon the altar of the revered white male. Is that how desperate liberals have gotten for any sort of hollow "win"?

Yes. Also voters like it when you stand for something. "I don't care if Republicans think we're wrong or if it's not popular, I'm standing up for my neighbors and friends" has benefits beyond the issue itself.

Even today, Carville claimed "the era of performative woke politics from 2020 to 2024 has left a lasting stain on our brand."

The peak of that was 2020... when we won POTUS and gained 3 Senate seats.

"We lost in 2020 because of woke" is not a sensible argument! We won! But he just breezes over it.
The thing about Carville's piece is that it's a perfect example of the way centrists can't write literally anything without getting in a few jabs at the left/minorities. It's entirely possible to run on "economic rage," sure. There's no need to go, "And remember what some people on Tumblr said??"

1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
