Why won't the government answer a simple question?

It's yes or no? Is there a criminal investigation into X itself?

This government is more concerned about being viewed favourably by Big Tech than protecting the public.

We must stop these harmful tools being used to produce horrific content.

“I Got A Thing, You Got A Thing, Everybody Got A Thing” by Funkadelic
When the vocal comes in and you realise the guitar was playing 32nd notes the whole time, such a great moment

Danton (1983)
French Revolution film, shot in all the locations, paid for by the 3rd republic, written by a Polish communist woman who believed the ghost of Robespierre was in love with her.

First song on the first EP. It’s all there from the start. I heard it in a cafe on French Church street in Cork. It’s really hard to sing on the offbeats like this and his voice sounds amazing even tho there’s probably no lyrics as such.

Coke / Pepsi is gross
Guys, I really need to talk about something dumb and meaningless. What's a universally beloved sweet treat that you think is just mid? For me, it's meringue.

There is a story here that deserves to be told in its entirety, just for its core literary depiction of what, exactly, Richard Dawkins is.
To add to this, Richard Dawkins (biologist). Complaining about Rebecca Watson. www.justice.gov/epstein/file...

One odd thing adult students will do is they’ll give you money to teach them stuff they don’t even like. Then when you tell them it’s good to play music you don’t hate, suddenly they’re the music teacher.

There's me playing an old song, followed by a slip jig composed by me. Solo voice and bouzouki.

On one occasion in the 1990s, a group of visitors from the United States arrived in Mulligan’s and ordered several Irish coffees...one of the group, in an attempt to make conversation, said: "We came in here in 1980," to which Noel replied: "I’m serving as fast as I can."
Noel Hawkins began working in Mulligan's of Poolbeg Street in Dublin in 1979. During his near half-century behind the bar, he became one of the capital's most well-known and best-loved characters

D vs. T?

It's the 31st January 2026, and the Irish Brigidine publication business is in full steam. In the Irish Times today, @frankie49.bsky.social asks the question "Brigid or Brigit?". What is the correct spelling?
www.irishtimes.com/opinion/an-i...

As it happens, I will answer this...
/1
Born-Again Brigit - Birthday boy Frank McNally on the rebranding of February 1st
Unlike St Patrick, there is no historical record of her life, so her identity can be endlessly refreshed or reimagined

I love that Prince Andrew had a codename email address to avoid suspicion and all the emails are like 'Had to spend the weekend at Balmoral, Mother wants me to look after the corgis, my brother's here too - not Edward, but Charles, you know the heir apparent.'

Listening to the new Megadeth cover of Ride The Lightning. There’s a riff in the song that’s famously a Dave Mustaine riff, using 4 fingers to play power chords diagonally in tritones and major 3rds. It might be Metallica’s best riff ever, and it sounds unreal with Megadeth playing it.

When I lived in Cologne people literally couldn’t say the cl in the middle of Declan. It was hurting people so I started going by Déaglin.
In Berlin it’s not so bad but it’s either Day-clan or Dee-clan instead of Deck-l’n.
We will discuss that next week, Sowchee.

Let me know if there's anything in that file that you can use, Sowreese.

Soh-shee and I will have a meeting about that on Monday.
