The thing is that it’s really annoying when you are experiencing depression or anxiety to be told “have you eaten/drank enough water/showered recently?” but also while none of those things are cures if you don’t do them it will 100% make you feel worse and make it harder for you to cope.

I’m of the firm belief that police and militia members have been quietly running right wing death squads in the US for years. The fate of the most notable Ferguson protestors is the most blatant example of it. ICE in 2025-26 is simply the same people operating in public.
