Where are we going?
This is a great read.

I went to, relatively speaking for someone not living in Toronto, a lot of Blue Jays games during Delgado’s time there. I can still hear the Dome’s PA announcer yelling “Carlos Delgado!” with such early ‘00s vigor and that gorgeous hint of a Torontonian accent.
Carlos Delgado was blessed with as much talent to crush a baseball as nearly anyone. He also used his platform to speak out against injustice.

@jayjaffe.bsky.social on the Hall of Fame case of the longtime slugger, whose candidacy will be decided tomorrow by the Contemporary Baseball Era Committee:
2026 Contemporary Baseball Era Committee Candidate: Carlos Delgado
The longtime Blue Jays and Mets slugger bashed a ton of homers, and — more importantly — used his platform to speak out against injustice.

Good for her. The look on her face is amazing.
In terms of what’s understood to be socially acceptable behavior, normalizing the filming/taking pictures of people in public who are minding their own business (and putting it online) is one of the worst developments of the past 15 years.

Here's to the beautiful ones gone far too soon and all the survivors who've lived to comb gray hair. Honor and remember them all. ❤️

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.

It's Transgender Day of Remembrance and I just want to say that a world without trans people would be a rainbow with many colors missing. We are brighter and more colorful in this world because of trans people, and have lost too many too early. I love you for being more you than most of us can be

Today is the Transgender Day of Remembrance, a day to honor trans people killed because of who they are. The day began, in part, to honor Rita Hester, a Black trans woman murdered in 1998. @cristelaguerra.bsky.social spoke with her family back in 2020 for @wbur.org.

Worth noting that Delta also flies seasonally from Boston to Barcelona and Milan, and LEVEL flies year-round between Boston and BCN.
JetBlue is adding 2 new transatlantic routes from Boston for summer 2026:

📍 Barcelona daily from April 16
📍 Milan daily from May 11

Boston is really becoming a European gateway for JetBlue.
