The best comic out there rn!
Well, a version of this. I guess it doesn't involve actors, but the whole aborted setup thing is similar
The amount of times comics has done this is wild. Remember when Bendis set up the version of SHIELD run by Leonardo DaVinci and Blade on his way out?
I was also confused by this. Glad I'm not alone in that.
Dude is on his way to a Death in June show
That's simply not how it works. It's like a ratchet. Republicans move things to the right. Democrats prevent movement to the left (and increasingly, will also move things to the right as well)
Damn, do the the folks at Another Timbre need another cover artist? Dude would fit in
He falls out of bed every day
Yeah, but that dude doesn't qualify as an adult human being anymore. He seceded from that club
What the hell is wrong with you? He has a totenkopf tatoo
This translates to playing music in front of people or recording it. Once you get in front of people or a microphone, your skill level is going to drop considerably and the only way to compensate for it is overdeveloping your skills to offset it.
Those games at least had enemies to shoot at.
Buzzcocks were an earworm factory at least
Yeah, Mekons are the other one I really love. "Where were You" and "Never Been in a Riot" might be my favorite first wave UK punk singles, but they're also the only time they were actually "punk" before moving on.
Wire is my favorite. I probably like Swell Maps even more, but, like Ubu, they probably moved past "punk" before the genre even existed
This feels like an indictment punk as a whole and I'm here for it
They don't pretend anything they're pretty open about punching the dems who are collaborators with the fascists or who are just going to the same place but slower
I'm trying to imagine a person who would read this and decide he's making some good points.
I hope Burns gets a ton of money though. He absolutely deserves it and I guess that's the other side of this. It's the only way creators can actually get paid on a level they deserve.

What a monkey's paw
I'm at the point where adaptations of things I love fill me with nothing but dread, honestly. I wish people respected comics as a medium enough to realize they stand on their own and trying to adapt them into another medium almost universally results in something less than the original.
I remember thinking all the x-books were kinda meh other than X-Factor and Excalibur because Claremont had left and the image guys, whose art I mostly thought was annoying to look at, had taken over.
