The Great American Novel, if it really exists, must be a Western. I've always thought The Great Gatsby comes close but: not enough cowboys. Cormac Mccarthy understood this. So did Bram Stoker but unfortunately his book was too full of brotherly love to qualify. Plus he was Irish.

The "study" was a surveymonkey questionnaire. The "report" contains no methodology and no info about the type of questions asked. It has not been peer reviewed. Vantage Point is just a counseling service for people needing relationship therapy.
