Dear #SecretSantaAoNZ, Thanks for being my Santa! Don't stress, have fun. I'll love it. Handmade, 2nd hand, regifted, upcycled 100% awesome.

I'm often homebound due to chronic illness. My world may be small, but I appreciate the tiny things more than most.

I 💚 natural science quirky things...
So I THOUGHT I was done making for #SecretSantaAoNZ, but it would be super cool to send this other thing too. Why am I like this?

Zero decorations. No tree. Nothing. Not our vibe. But I still love #SecretSantaAoNZ :)
Been a couple of days since we had a question, and this one is pretty important, #SecretSantaAoNZ

My current morning bevvy is a Matcha Cloud. Coconut cream whipped with matcha and poured over iced coconut water. Culinary grade matcha is perfect in it.

Don't drink alcohol. Coffee makes me jittery, even decaf. Fruity teas are good.

1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
Study In The Journal Of Pediatrics Finds Trans Youth Care Lowers Suicidality, Few Detransition
The groundbreaking study found that suicidality dropped for transgender youth receiving hormone therapy by nearly 70%, with only 7 patients of 432 discontinuing treatment.

Kind of linking up to yesterday's question for #SecretSantaAoNZ are you a puzzles, or activity book kind of relaxer?

Oooh, that's interesting
It is a stunning arrangement of knit stitches and occasional yarn overs. The trick is to know which stitches should be knitted, but we’ll get to that part a bit later.

A lovely idea!

This for me too, I would also be happy for my Santa to do something nice for somebody and tell me a story about it, no pressure to get the "perfect" gift.
