When historians look back on this period the thing that will puzzle them most might be how little American law firms, universities, media, etc, really cared about defending free expression when presented with the most obvious opportunities to do so.

-hosted meals around major holidays so international students could enjoy company and experience American holiday foods
-hosted a "hackathon" for students to "design for neurodiversity in a neurotypical world"
Things it didn't do:
-tell faculty to do anything
