Google finally killed the Stadia Controller Bluetooth mode page (was still working for weeks after the deadline, until now)
Final week to enable Bluetooth mode on a Stadia controller buff.ly/MGHqBIs

unofficial backup in case they don't extend it again and you're late: buff.ly/sRoUywK

The truth is most people DON'T want it to be that, IMO.

I don't want hundreds of millions of folks here. I was on Twitter, I dealt with the horse shit being a trans gal in the "Townsquare"

Most folks just want an okay sized social media to post about stuff and chat with friends and see neat posts.
If Bluesky is to grow and become a viable alternative for the "Global Townsquare," which was the point, it needs to compete on engagement and virality is a part of that.

It isn't competing. Engagement here has been falling for a year. That's a problem if you, like me, want it to survive and thrive.

The centrists' fallacy.
“The truth always lies somewhere in the middle” has to be one of my least favorite phrases. Sometimes, one side is actually truthful and one side is actually malicious and lying!

So just read @robzacny.bsky.social Remap newsletter about the Bears and feel an intense amount empathy as a Jaguars fan. Sure, the future looks bright but with a cursed team, the future is never assured. Hang in there buddy. It was a great season and I hope you and Patrick have many more.

Farewell to a Legend: Honoring BRUCE LEUNG SIU-LUNG (1948–2026)
The martial arts cinema world feels a little quieter today. On January 14, 2026, we lost one of the true titans of the golden era: Bruce Leung Siu-lung. For those who grew up on the "Three Dragons" of Hong Kong—Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Bruce Leung—his passing marks the end of an extraordinary chapter in action history. Long before modern audiences knew him, Leung was a household name across Asia.

So did some purchasing today and found some things to be on the look out for at Otakon. I'm not sure if the Watanare light novels were just a low print run because of tariffs or because of the show being a hit but volumes 4 through 6 are no where

Wario Blast is a game I had for Game Boy way back in the day and was probably the weirdest crossover thing as I had no idea who the hell Bomberman was.
The manual for Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman shows an extremely low level of effort regarding Wario illustrations. Despite Bomberman receiving various different drawings, only one artwork of Wario is used, which is repeated 19 times without any alterations.
