Think about how when Newsome says homelessness is a problem, what he means is that it is a visible problem.
He sweeps the camps, throwing out people's meds and documents, forcing them to go be homeless elsewhere, less visibly.

I don’t think the number of people who are voting for Robin Kelly instead of Julianna Stratton because the latter has taken extremist pro-Israel positions is large enough to swing the election but if it hypothetically were there’s an easy thing Stratton could do to win those votes
