Once upon a time, on Mackinac Island, The Pink Pony served a bbq pork over kettle chips chips with Gorgonzola crumbles. The last time we went, in 2019, they had stopped serving it. But now we make it at home and it is amazing.

While working the door at the green room at a comic con, Penny Marshall asked me if I wanted her to bring me out some of the food they had.
Due to the way the last of my 2025 PTO and our paid holidays work, I worked last Monday, was off, work today, and then I’m off until the 5th. I could get used to this one day work week.

My curmudgeonly thought for the day: We would not need so many "The ending of blahblahblah EXPLAINED" videos if full-length works of narrative fiction were still routinely taught in grades 5-12. If fairly straightforward plotlines are baffling this many people, something has gone seriously wrong.
