Spent the day hiding the pastel dyed turkey legs for the kids to hunt tomorrow. Got imaginative this year, it's going to be tough for them to find them all to fill their baskets. Some have candy and loose change in them.

The Black Sheep Family Only Child Experience: Chinese or Indian take-out on Christmas, T-Day either nice dine out or plain turkey and boxed fixings. Rare visits to family were an autistic nightmare of lumpy potatoes, Wrong stuffing (not Stove Top), dishes I wouldn't eat, and loud strangers. And ham.
it fascinates me how most everyone in the U.S. does turkey for Thanksgiving, but we are all over the map as to what we eat for Christmas (as is proper for a hugely diverse nation).

I spent my formative years in the computer rooms under the Pentagon, so I was a computer whisperer from an early age. When untreated AuDHD proved incompatible with college, I fell in to tech support where I was like a god among men. Stumbled into rarified heights before burnout got me like Icarus.

Ok, I'm willing to give the "But it has legitimate use cases!" slophounds credit, there is indeed one (1) legitimate use case for LLMs.
I had a kidney stone last year that had me writhing in pain. ER gave me morphine but I'm ND and it barely touched the pain. 15 minutes later I was in agony again. They gave me ibuprofen and 15 minutes later I was catching a bus home.
It hardly needs saying at this point but fuck this guy so much.
