Idk if you’ve found the various feeds on here, but I’ve found feeds very helpful for these feelings the last weeks. I mainly use one for my country and for my mutuals, but there’s also science ones

Has any other trans masc guy had a health care provider say they need to stay under 400 ng/dL? Because I'm seeing a range of 300-1000 ng/dL in the literature with recommendations on the higher end, and I'm trying to figure out where she got that number from.

I know that if I keep my levels below the benchmark she wants, I'll basically get all the symptoms of a cis guy with hypogonadism, so I am understandably not thrilled about this.

Oh cool my doctor thinks my T levels should be barely in the low end of the range for trans masc folks and wants me to immediately stop my HRT until I come in for an appointment bc it's "too high"
So guess I'm going to have to do another damn lit search just to get the accepted standard of care 🙃

They used to execute their raids with just a few agents. Now they need 6-12 to even begin to disrupt the social pressure to be nonviolent.
