About a month ago, the Trump administration got rid of the de minimis exemption, whereby packages valued under $800 could slide in without import duties. Now there's a backlog as the government can't process all of this paperwork, leading to UPS just destroying packages

Their (mandatory) “tools” would monitor our sales team in order to build AI sales models.

By spying on best practices they’d create a virtual sales team & my company could fire 30-50% of our team within 3 years.

I retired immediately. 🫩

I’ve been getting attributed to the Veilguard 2D cutscene illustrations. Proper credit where it’s due is one of my ticks, and although I storyboarded a bunch of those sequences, the final illustrations were NOT done by me. I hate that I can’t recall who the artists were.

What Fr Dowling is doing here was not just "offering communion to detainees". A full on Eucharistic Procession is a really fucking big deal. In Catholic theological framing, those folks were the honor guard with the very great privilege of escorting Jesus himself to the detention center.

I am SO glad my canon is King Alistair/Warden Mistress Surana (I spent so much time in my teens+ reading about royal courts throughout history that I literally could not give less of a shit about her being mistress instead of wifey, esp. since it means Eamon can't be up her skirt about kids.)
