This was such a weird historical quirk of Occupy.
4chan still was kind of a social hub for hacker troll groups like Anonymous, and their fans all loved Occupy conceptually and showed up on Day 1 in Guy Fawkes masks and thought they would of course be in charge

Things definitely went sideways at the end of Occupy in a lot of unfortunate ways, but at least in Philly it was because of deliberate state sabotage.
Like the mayor here made a deal with a bunch of 4chan white guys and claimed they represented Occupy and Occupy had agreed to disperse.

I’d say even Netflix is getting to the Disney level. Showrunners want freedom to tell their stories and reliable contracts. Disney and Netflix have famously pulled the rug out from under multiple teams. It’s kind of crazy how the bigger a company is, the less reliable they are.

You are right, but LLMs as technology are a BAD THING. Pure brute force crunching numbers to run a statistical token predictor. With datacenters consuming more power than medium sized cities. If their operating cost would be passed to the users they would be (as sold today) unsustainable
