I think if nothing else this should be proof to us all that if you see ICE/CBP doing anything: film them.
Film them from afar, from as close as you can, and as much as you can.
It’s the best deterrent we have but it’s not going to deter them everytime.

This would probably work if he implied he’s taking orders from Miller and it’s kind of dumb they don’t know this by now.
