Who all is working on upping their fiber intake lately. High fiber diet is linked with risk reductions in several types of cancer. Trying to get more into lentils and cabbage. These berries are not cheap.

Trimet understands this. We need to convince our state legislators to fully fund Trimet operations so they can increase frequency. As it stands we are due for service cuts in the near future, and a larger Trimet fiscal cliff in 2027 with potentially steeper cuts.

He's quick to chastise younger councilors for things he doesn't understand or find important, but I've never heard why he doesn't do it. In his last term he used to write five thousand word essays about niche topics for his council blog.

Portlanders will not be cowed by this administration. When undignitaries like Kristi Noem visit for their photo ops and get mocked by people in animal costumes it’s because that’s the level of respect they deserve. Doing the work of mass deportation is the least honorable thing a person can do.
