The first legislators arrested for inspecting these spaces were Black legislators from New Jersey
Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

Brought a lacrosse ball to work today so I could roll out my forearms and hands during video calls. Foam rolling and related movements seems pretty pervasive these days but I always feel a little bit like a Lifting weirdo bringing it into the climbing context
Tried another 5.11a today and I finished it! Only needed two takes. My biggest issue right now is that my forearms have been getting fatigued faster than usual and I suspect it just means I need to do more warming up and stretching on my off days

An ICE agent was caught removing a sign marking an ICE kidnapping in DC last week! Do we think he did it out of anger, embarrassment, or most appropriately shame? If you think what you’re doing is right, why are you trying to hide the evidence? 👀
