“After receiving that legal advice, Secretary Noem directed that the AEA detainees who had been removed from the United States before the Court’s order could be transferred to the custody of El Salvador. “
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove provided DHS with legal advice regarding the Court’s order as to flights that had left the United States before the order issued, through DHS Acting General Counsel Joseph Mazzara. Mr. Mazzara then conveyed that legal advice, as well as his own legal advice, to Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem. See 6 U.S.C. § 113(a)(1)(J). After receiving that legal advice, Secretary Noem directed that the AEA detainees who had been removed from the United States before the Court’s order could be transferred to the custody of El Salvador. As explained below, that decision was lawful and was consistent with a reasonable interpretation of

He does not get regular exercise, in part because he has a long-held theory that people are born with a finite amount of energy and that vigorous activity can deplete that reserve, like a battery. He enjoys red meat and is known to eat McDonald's by the sackful.

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

"A synagogue is where Jews learn, pray, and strengthen Jewish life," William Daroff, the chief executive of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, said on social media "Teaching about aliyah and Zionism belongs in that space. It reflects who we are as a people." (Jews make "Aliyah" when they move to Israel.) In a statement on its website, Netesh B'Nefesh said it was "dedicated to supporting, educating, and advising individuals and families throughout their Aliyah (immigration to Israel) journey." The group condemned "the violent rhetoric and aggressive behavior that took place outside of the Park East Synagogue." Ms. Katsman said Nefesh B'Nefesh "does not endorse, recommend, or promote any specific community, location or neighborhood to move to in Israel." But that appeared to be at odds with the organization's website, which contains pages of detailed recommendations about life in Israeli towns as well as in some of the largest settlement blocs in the West Bank. Those include the 22 settlements in Gush Etzion, an area south of Jerusalem, and Ma'ale Adumim, a large settlement located between the northern and southern West Bank that many Palestinians see as a threat to the territorial integrity of any future Palestinian state.
