The biggest culture shock when I lived in the US as a kid was learning that people actually did this

I cannot fathom acquiescing to the nonsensical demands of a government so completely captured by Oil Companies at the expense of another Province
Especially a province that will never, ever vote for your party in numbers that would make a difference
