Some children in Dilley were so distraught they cut themselves or talked about suicide, parents told ProPublica.

They said kids lost their appetites after finding worms and mold on their food, had trouble sleeping, and were constantly sick.

No, these are not people with differing political beliefs; those exist, that's democracy, these are entities that are organized to attack communities already undergoing extreme stress, grief, and danger. It's an external attack; we need to recognize it and treat it as such. #CdnPoli

US-funded and other foreign-based troll and bot networks exploiting a Canadian mass-casualty event makes it clear there is an urgent need for Canada, and allied governments, to legislate and enforce meaningful penalties against this form of hybrid-terrorism. #CdnPoli

After heavy rain this night, that Grazalema graph needed a new scale: February total now at 1448 mm.
First time in more than a century of measurements that 1300 mm was reached within a calendar month: yesterday, shortly after midnight.

Let me try to convey how bizarre, absurd, out-of-range, and worrying this ongoing deluge in southern Spain is.
January 2026: wettest month ever recorded in Grazalema, 5 times normal rainfall.
February 2026: already 2nd wettest after 10 days, 6 * normal rainfall for the entire month.

Canada should say absolutely not. This Montreal founded company has to respect the place it was founded.

And please thank lawyers doing this work. We’re carrying a lot of trauma for voiceless clients. We are tired. We have become experts in new law under the most dire circumstances.

If you can, donate to immigration defense funds. They’ve been at it the longest and have the least resources.

So the confrontations, violent apprehensions, and general fear bearing down on communities like Minnesota is only the beginning of the nightmare. Behind the scenes, Orwellian anti-judicial antics thwart lawful recourse. And hidden from sight, non-citizens are tortured for being noncitizens.

3. Deplorable accommodations. A client sick with the flu was forced to sleep on a frigid concrete floor. In Camp East Montana, fetid water leaches through the roof and soaks the beds.

And what awaits these clients in Texas? Unspeakably cruel and inhumane treatment.

1. Rotten food. I had a client explain she had to make a half-pint of milk and an apple last every day because the other meals consisted of spoiled or rotten food. One client wasn’t fed for >36 hours.
