MAP-MS overcomes dynamic range limitations in Orbitrap instruments.

Using an Exploris 480 with an EASY-nLC 1200 and Aurora Ultimate XT column, Phlairaharn et al. achieved a 9% increase in protein IDs for DDA and a 4% improvement for DIA, while halving quantitative variation.

A new manuscript from Karl Mechtler’s team investigates the optimal crosslinking mass spectrometry (CL-MS) workflow. As it turns out, the Orbitrap Astral + Aurora Ultimate is a powerful combination that opens up a completely new dimension for CL-MS.

Unbox your Vipers! This is an entire cabinet of Vipers reduced to less than a shelf. Just make sure to curl them well to avoid the '90s style headphone cable tangle that resembles an Alphafold structure.

#teamMassSpec here is a starting pack in case you just moved over, or in case you've been absent for a while. This is #proteomics or #massspec related. The pack is not comprehensive but it's a start.
