It’s 2025, not sure why this needs to be said but IT departments aren’t just needed in tech companies. We existed before the internet (MIS)… and we will be around long after AI is long gone.
Legit question - why does a soup company need a VP of IT? They've been putting shit in cans for like a century. Maybe the quality would be better if they weren't, you know, paying for someone with that title.
