Strongly enough, when I take a picture of my neighbour parked in a crosswalk it’s “pitting neighbour against neighbour” but them parking in the crosswalk in the first place is considered neighborly.

A lot of the time people say it’s complicated to mean it’s not possible or difficult to understand something, and other times they use it to mean there is a lot of component parts.

One of the most disappointing things about only starting cycling in 2025 is finding out that John Forester died of “flu complications” in April of 2020 and I just missed being able to celebrate that.
