Oh it's because these let me do my constant folding step and that was happening in a time when the graph's invariants weren't uphold and new nodes weren't supposed to be added

people are being Super Normal about this in the quotes but as a choir boy whose treble lasted through tenth grade (15yo), i really appreciate this article. i was the top voice in my class and getting to outdo the soprano girls meant a lot to me. it was the one physical excellence i had at the time
