“Bullying” is bad by definition. It’s not a value neutral tool to be deployed positively toward good ends. It’s so fucked up that people want so badly to reclaim this thing, and are so eager to do it that they want to brand things that aren’t bullying as bullying.
"Some people deserve to be bullied" is always wild to see because it's so deliberately childish as to make it difficult to imagine the person saying it has the moral capacity of an adult human being.

Once again, giving donations to unverified campaigns is at best giving to individuals which is incredibly ineffective and inefficient, at worst giving to organized crime rings who use the money for human trafficking.

I've watched countless videos now of confrontations between DHS agents and ICE observers, and it's awesome how many are women recording, challenging male agents, refusing to give up their rights. I'd say the number of women involved in documenting ICE crimes outnumber men three to one or more.

"Bad campaign" usually means that they refused to pay any attention to it, take it seriously, take any of the threats that Trump represented seriously, and couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum to get informed but want to blame the Black woman for it.
There's lot of "fish doesn't know the meaning of water" here. Everyone's like "Harris ran a bad campaign," but they never step back to realize that 99.9% of their exposure to her campaign was via people on the internet and hey maybe that's true for everyone else too.

Nobody's saying online posters have more accountability than elected Democrats. It's that they have *some* accountability, i.e., greater than zero, which adds up over many accounts, and the problem is that accounts with large followings like Internet Hippo seem to believe it is zero.

when musk took over twitter initially there wasn't a mass exodus because the existing state of it was so bad that it seemed like any damage he could do to it wouldn't really be noticeable. and when first wave of refugees went out, many were so toxic that a lot of others silently said 'good riddance'
