"You raise your voice, I erase your voice." Meet 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐳, an ICE Deportation Officer from Miami, FL (originally from Puerto Rico). Gonzalez has lived in Miami and Hollywood, FL. He decided it would be fun to travel to Miami to kidnap and threaten people. #OneOfOursAllOfYours #UnmaskICE

“Kevin Weil, head of OpenAI for Science, pushes that analogy himself. “I think 2026 will be for AI and science what 2025 was for AI in software engineering,”

So, a very painful lesson in “oh shit it can’t actually do that after all?”

A federal judge has blocked deportation, for now, of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos, the PRE-SCHOOLER with the red Spider-Man backpack and blue hat with floppy bunny ears who ICE agents nabbed on the street and used as bait to nab his dad in Minneapolis. www.huffpost.com/entry/ice-ki...

Firing a few key faces at the top while maintaining the the fundamental system is one of the most common appeasement tactics in history.

Don't settle for Bovino. Don't settle for Noem. Don't settle for Miller.

ICE must be abolished. That is the bare minimum.

It also honestly explains why slavery persisted when other economic structures were more efficient: slavery provided so much more access to other humans to exploit, to beat, to rape, in ways that couldn't be replicated with wage labor even when the latter was cheaper

agree with everyone saying dems need to press this advantage and oust noem, miller, and put the screws to vance. they all lied publicly about the killing and are vulnerable now that the administration is retreating. there’s blood in the water! could be a real turning point!

i continue to believe that one of the key findings of the chatbot era is how many seemingly functional flesh-and-blood humans are slightly less self-aware than ELIZA was
I continue to be fascinated by how these guys with fancy jobs who are pushing for AI to (inadequately) do their jobs for them don't seem to believe that *they will lose their jobs because AI is cheaper than they are*

the lack of basic self-preservation instinct here is just fascinating to behold.

The officer who shot Alex worked for DHS for 8 years. The officer who shot Renee worked for DHS for over 10 years. Both are considered “highly trained.”

The problem isn’t "training." DHS was built to violate our rights and has been empowered to act with impunity. We must MELT ICE and dismantle DHS.

We need to get it broadly understood that Stephen Miller's ethnic cleansing will result in a permanent metastasized immigrant carceral state and paramilitary warfare on US streets that goes on *for years.*

The internal logic of his agenda dictates this of necessity.
