One time I was at the Kreisverwaltungsreferat (KVR) in Munich (this is sort of like a combination of city hall and the DMV; it's the Municipal Bureaucracy Building) and I saw a guy who was wearing a little pin that said "I ❤️ KVR" on it. He didn't work there, he was just like casually super into it.

- will a sitting governor call in the national guard against ICE? and
- will the national guard actually stand with their neighbors against the feds?
