I call this the Olive technique and, yes, it is a great way to help. Not only for the here and now which is urgency and survival, but will even be of value for forensics and future historians, etc.
Never forget that every account deleted is a testimony, more importantly, an identity.

Please join me in defending Noreen's family from the brutality of winter, hunger and illness. Noreen Suffers from a cartilege issue that decreases her mobility and she is unable to work. Noreen also needs a corneal transplant, and this increases the burden on her life. She needs glassesand continuous medical evaluation and treatment because her eyesight is deteriorating with time.
