Reporter: Part of the fighting inside DHS is also around Corey Lewandowski's pursuit to carry a government-issued firearm. This fight got so intense that a lawyer for ICE was walked out of the building and then was put on administrative leave. This is not normal.

It is very funny to me how every component of DHS chimed in with absolutely devastating stories.

This forced the FAA to abruptly shut down the airspace.

HUGE: Last night, House Democrats successfully passed a resolution in the House to rescind Trump’s tariffs on Canada.

Americans are paying thousands more because of Trump’s tariffs. This vote is a step toward ending Trump’s inflation crisis and lowering costs for working families.

I get tired of these people who always look a certain way saying the same ol stupid sh*t. That mfer has control of the House, Senate, and Supreme Court. The fact that we're not all sitting in a concentration camp right now means Jeffries AND Schumer deserve respect. Period.

And many of us are already working on it. There is voter protection, talking to electeds, postcards, voter reg, phonebanking, canvassing, talking to friends and family. Yesterday I helped with logistics for a neighborhood canvass for the WI Supreme Court election. Everyone can do something.
@charlesgaba.com is working on it.
Look everyone, for now no one in the Trump administration will be held accountable, no one will be investigated for their corruption or their treason, no one will stop their stealing and their taking of bribes.
The only way this stops is a massive Democratic victory in 2026. That's it.

The Obamas are brilliant, compassionate and patriotic Americans. They represent the best of this country.

Donald Trump is a vile, unhinged and malignant bottom feeder.

Why are GOP leaders like John Thune continuing to stand by him?

Republicans must immediately denounce Trump’s disgusting bigotry.

Just finished 1st round of calls to set up appointments for Sat's canvass on WI Supreme Court election. No takers, although did have several pleasant convos. Sometimes have to remind self that even slow, tedious actions are all part of the larger effort to win. And this is a critical election.

It's clear that I think the GOP has used immigration to enrich themselves & weaponize ignorance/bigotry, but something MAGA doesn't get is that MOST who denounce what Trump has done with ICE are NOT against enforcement of immigration laws.

We're against Constitutional violations & open grift.

as i keep saying, the things to do to secure elections are to volunteer to work the polls or to serve as an observer, & to pressure your *state representatives* to take steps to further secure voting locations and ballots. you should also learn about how election administration works in your area.

One old man up on stage with words written 400 years ago and a delivery that’s more captivating than any CGI or blockbuster film.
Sir Ian McKellen performing a monologue from Shakespeare’s Sir Thomas More on the Stephen Colbert show. Never have I heard this monologue performed with such a keen sense of prescience. Nor have I ever been in this exact historical moment.TY Sir Ian, for reaching us once again.

*Majority says Trump on immigration is making America less safe

Again, I know everyone wants to yell at The Democrats & Chuck Schumer & Hakeem Jefferies, but there are 10-25 people in Washington who could literally end all of this tomorrow, & none of them are Democrats, & they continue to get 24/7 free passes for being absolute oath-violating cowards. Focus.
Yes, we’re looking at you, Lisa Murkowski & Susan Collins & Thom Tillis, you absolute oath-violating cowards.
These 5 people could caucus with the Democrats, giving them a majority & firmly opposing the fascism, any time. It might be nice for an enterprising journalist to ask them why they keep not doing this every day as the crimes & corruption continue & John Thune refuses to fulfill his oath of office.
