There were 2 Labour Cabinet Ministers last week on TalkTV Harry Cole slot which plans to invite back an overt racist who'd ban the Home Secretary, Lord Chancellor, Leader of the Opposition & Deputy Speaker from parliament & all blacks, Asians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims & Sikhs from the civil service!

I've definitely noticed YouTube pushing a lot more extreme content lately.

Presumably linked to all the AI fake gammon pages on Facebook mostly based in Sri Lanka + all the misinformation/conspiracy theories/racist crap on Elon's cesspit platform.
YouTube channels spreading fake, anti-Labour videos viewed 1.2bn times in 2025

Oddly I don’t recall ever reading the same happening to Tories during 14 years of Govt

The combo of MSM biased reporting & Social Media fake news to bring Labour down is an unprecedented Right Wing attack on democracy❗️🤦🏼‍♂️

Honestly impressed at Starmer and Nandy's commitment to not doing their job. This guy is literally talking about his wife, his children, her, and her children, and they do nothing!
CT explains why he thinks Shabana Mahmood is neither English, nor British, to which Cole does not respond to at all.

Cole: asks how many generations? Is it a race thing?
CT: Not race as Albanians don't count either. It is ancestry.
It is infinite generations, if you don't have the ancestry.

IMO the UK is entering European style bloc politics, with left (Lab/Lib/Grn/Nat) and right (Ref/Con) blocs opposing each other at the national level.

Victory at the next election will go to which side is better able to organise their vote regionally (something neither is doing well atm).

Sir Keir’s authority began to drain away when Mandelson’s sucky chats with Epstein leaked. McSweeney et al had clearly assured the lads that they could tell the public that Peter would be an awesome ambassador, and this would not explode in their faces and make them all look stupid and bent as fuck.
This is from a BBC article by Kuenssberg - now I know these pieces are meant to be more opinionated, but still. It was studiously neutral on Reform but frames this fight as straightforwardly "Labour leadership wanted to do a good thing but Labour MPs were opposed to doing this good thing". Wild.

As a British migrant to Spain, not only are things cheaper here but also its so much better organised especially the health service which is far superior to the NHS (because of lack of funding there).
A worrying sign is the increase in Vox, but at least the press dont give blanket coverage to them
I find it fascinating how the Telegraph can spend half its time berating migrants coming to the UK for a better life, while spending the other half treating British people leaving for cheaper housing and lower costs as a national heartbreak rather than, apparently, migration.

You can't advocate for the uk to be a 'Christian' country and be 'anti-Woke'.

Because Jesus' teachings aligned with the principles of being "woke" – awareness of injustice, challenging oppressive systems, and advocating for the vulnerable, through spiritual transformation and radical love.

A result which both illustrates the magnitude of the Reform threat and the problems with Labour’s “Farage is right, don’t vote for him” response. 37 point Lab to Reform swing. Labour go from first to 4th as anti-Reform vote splits 3 ways. Combined Lab/LD/Grn vote larger than Reform vote.
Red Hall & Lingfield (Darlington) Council By-Election Result:
