We get change by asking “why?”, asking “who benefits?” asking “how can we do better?”

We don’t get change by being obedient. accepting the status quo and accepting “This is the way we have always done things” as a good reason to keep doing things that way. We get change by asking “why?”, asking “who benefits?” asking “how can we do better?”
