MAJORITY OF U.S. HOUSE BACKS RESOLUTION TO END TRUMP’S CANADA TARIFFS; VOTING CONTINUES

PASSED: the House just passed the resolution to end Trump's tariffs on Canada.

Not many crosses from Republicans, a lot of vulnerable incumbents took a dumb vote here to stick with Trump and GOP leadership. Goes to the Senate, which is likely to pass it.

Will share the vote sheet when I have it!

In 2018, after Musk infamously claimed that he had the funding to take Tesla private, his PR consultant went to Jeffrey Epstein for help convincing the Saudis to put up the cash he didn't actually have. Epstein also strategized on press coverage of Musk and recommended names for Tesla's board.

Today, USAG Pam Bondi testified under oath to Congress & the American people that Mueller “found no evidence of foreign interference, none, in 2016.”
But the DoJ found Russian interference was “sweeping & systematic.”
So did a Senate investigation.
Is it perjury?

“ICE is making everyone less safe.” — Gov. Sherrill

Today, Gov. Sherrill issued an EO banning ICE from warrantless entries on state property and created an online portal to document abuses.

This is a good first step toward protecting everyone in the Garden State. But we know more can be done.

i am increasingly bothered by terms like "showdown" or "face-off" or "clash" when used to describe corrupt and fascist power coming up against resistance because there's an implied symmetry that does not exist.
