Checked my photos because I couldn't believe how fast kidney disease has ravaged him. Last perky pics, 2nd November. Couldn't tell anything was up. Vets the 17th for Dx and meds. Now gone.

It is IMO not possible to operate any kind of meaningful democracy when your national press is a joke and a travesty, but your mileage on that may vary. I think it’s incontestable that it is impossible to govern well and effectively, while being in hock to these pantomime clowns.

Important stuff to learn today because essentially if you're not from the class in society that has previously produced magistrates you probably wouldn't know that anyone with the below qualifications can become one, and so the system perpetuates.
One thing to know about Magistrates is that the qualifications for becoming one are: 1) be aged between 18-74, 2) be literate, and 3) be ‘of good character’ (no previous convictions or bankruptcy)
