Not just gas chambers. They were the test bed demographic for mass killing generally via starvation and intravenous poisons before testing gas, and before that, half a million were forced sterilized too.

The T4 program was a methodological experiment and cultural tolerance litmus.

Never forget.
Disabled people were one of the first groups targeted by the Nazis.

They coined the term “useless eaters”.

They tested the gas chambers on us.

They knew most people wouldn’t fight to save our lives.

That’s why the President using the R slur is so dangerous.

We’re not expendable

“Camera doorbells are social cancer as a technology, breaking down social solidarity and further encouraging people to see strangers with suspicion.”
Christmas is coming, and the Black Friday sales signal we’re in peak gift-buying season.

When you’re picking out gifts for friends and family this year, there’s a whole slew of tech products that are better to avoid. I put together a guide to help you through it.

This is a brilliant for of protest and can and should be adapted to many other uses. This is really really smart protest.
In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

This being what’s left of those defending Trump & choosing THIS to be the spartan shield formation is still so fucking crazy to me.

Americas fascist concentration camps are only getting bigger and more in line with their historic counterparts.

Engineered Mass death is coming to America in all of its brutal efficiency.
"The camp consists of temporary tent structures meant to house up to 5,000 detainees and relieve overcrowding at other Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facilities."

1/4 I'm going to go ahead and say it. Enjoy the Pittsburgh election result, but at the end of the day, Corey is going to need to show up and put up or shut up.

My biggest gripes against Gainey were that he came from the state legislature, (more) #Pittsburgh

I didn't vote for O'Connor, I voted against the other guy. I sincerely hope that Corey takes some cues from Mamdani and makes a Pittsburgh that is for all people.
Pittsburgh hasn't elected a Republican mayor in nearly a century, and they're not starting now. Congratulations to Mayor-elect @coreyoconnorpa.bsky.social!

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 81st day out of the last 93.

12 days of work in over 3 months.

With full pay and benefits.

The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.

It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.

“Let them go a month without meals. Maybe they will get a job”

First, many SNAP recipients have jobs. They’re just living below the poverty line because of tremendous wealth inequality.

Second, many are disabled and children and can’t work.

Third, no one should starve to death.
