I wanted to share probably the most important sermon I’ve given and it’s while I’m being arrested. It’s torture pure and simple what happens at #Broadview. I’m ok, though I was thrown to the ground and choked with my pectoral cross. A review of the video shows I was peaceful - did I deserve this?

I have been living by the 10 minute rule for most tasks in my life these days. I set a timer and get those 10 minutes done. If I keep going, great. If not, at least I did the 10.
I REALLY did not want to work out tonight. But I did what I consider my bare minimum. And Im glad I did. It really does improve your mood. I hope you see this and it inspires you to do something good for yourself even if you dont wanna.

This is a slap in the face and a naked attempt at a power grab. If the PPA and their wealthy backers want to put up a ballot measure to fund more police positions, they can do so without raiding a program that’s helping protect vulnerable communities from climate change.

Update: this is no longer included in the final funding deal. I'm going to keep fighting to lower premiums and ensure Republicans can’t get away with a backdoor national abortion ban.

I voted HELL NO on a CR deal that betrays millions of people who rallied, organized, and voted to save health care for 20 million Americans. Giving into a bully does nothing to stop him. I’ll keep fighting against Trump’s authoritarianism and attempts to gut community resources.
