HUGE NEWS from the new Epstein files:

Records show that Maria Farmer, who worked for Epstein, filed a "child pornography" report to the FBI in 1996.

The FBI has never before acknowledged that complaint. The case went nowhere, and mass abuse followed.

About 3/5ths of the short Epstein legislation (really, take a moment and read it) is very specifically about how they can't redact information other than sensitive victim/child content without meeting a very high bar. They are totally flouting the legislation. www.congress.gov/bill/119th-c...

Mailing grant requests is no longer common, but mail in VOTING is. I missed the new Trumpification of USPS. Starting 12/24/25 postmarks will no longer be made at local offices but at 1 of 22 regional processing centers. So everyone's SOL for postmark-proven timing. Merry Shitmas - I mean Shipmissed!

ACA health plans are only required to cover CDC recommended vaccinations without cost to members. I'm sure the insurance companies will do the right thing though and keep them free to make sure affordability is not a barrier. Right? s/

I keep saying this but no one is connecting the dots. The war is to satisfy legal preconditions for mass removal *domestically* of Latinos (i.e., suddenly a lot of people are going to be “Venezuelan” for purposes of removal). This is 100% Stephen Miller…oil claim is to make grandpa go along
There is no national security logic that would impel the US to want to do regime change in Venezuela. It's simply not that important. I'm not even sure wag the dog is the right metaphor for what's happening here. Seems like an insane misallocation of US national security assets and attention.
Trump: "Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest Armada ever assembled ... It will only get bigger, and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before — Until such time as they return to the USA all of the Oil, Land, and other Assets that they previously stole from us."

Coming for adult shapewear companies now (Muh FrEE marKeT!). The bathroom panic and sports debates were hook points and an opening salvo in policing the bodies of women and children, rolling back rights, and erasing queers. And they will never stop encroaching and bullying. They must be stopped.
It's not just TomboyX, by the way! Trump's FDA has sent these warning letters to 11 companies that sell Binders.

- ShapeShifter Apparel
- GenderBender

What utter BS. So if gender affirming care is not subject to 42 U.S.C. 1395, which stops CMS from controling the practice of medicine, because they claim it's not healthcare... then what the hell authority and basis does CMS have for getting involved in this at all and extorting hospitals over it?
December 18, 2025 at 6:33 PM
Giving puberty blockers to a kid as they work through things would risk a hospital's whole financial model even when no federal $s are involved. New Mexico has done a good job enshrining women's and gender affirming care, provider protections, and rights. But per usual, not those StATEs rIGhTs!
Under the proposed rule issued by the Trump Administration today, any Medicare- or Medicaid-participating hospital would be barred from providing gender-affirming care to *any child*, even if the care is not paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.

The FDA is delaying a review of an abortion drug until after the midterm elections. Americans deserve to know if their medications are being reviewed because of politics.

We’ve sent FOIA requests to the FDA and HHS for communications and records related to the review.

Shockingly, this bill would have failed were it not for the 3 Democrat defections.
Just now, a national trans healthcare felony ban for youth has passed the US House, with 10 year prison terms.

3 Dems crossed party lines to vote to jail providers.

4 GOP crossed party lines to vote against.

It is not expected to pass the Senate, where Dems hold filibuster power.

Story to come.
December 18, 2025 at 12:15 AM
The bill gets framed like a surgical ban (which is awful, poor policy, and hateful abusive nanny state bullshit) but includes puberty blockers, which are reversible, and HRT, so this will force sex development on trans kids. Monsters.
Tomorrow, the House of Representatives will vote on a bill that bans gender-affirming medical care for any transgender person under 18, and threatens any medical professional providing this care to youth with 10 years in prison.

Tell Congress to protect trans youth and vote NO.
Protect Trans Care Now
As wave after wave of extreme measures to criminalize and strip trans people of rights and safety continue, tell Congress to act.

I don’t want to see “experts say Trump can’t pardon a state conviction.”

That’s like “experts say sun rises in east, and some scientists claim water is two hydrogen atoms attached to an oxygen atom.”

It’s just a fact.

He CANNOT do this.

And the media DAMN well better get their coverage right.
Trump says he's pardoned Tina Peters, but that may not save her from prison
Trump has no jurisdiction over state-level cases to offer the pardon.

I need you to listen to and share this story - of how Trump is preparing to abandon Ukraine in exchange for Russian money for his billionaire friends.

It could be the greatest corruption of American foreign policy in our history. Russia gets Ukraine. Trump's friends get rich.
