The year 2026 will hit Russians' wallets in several areas at once: utilities will rise in price twice a year (in some regions - more than 40%), prices for communication, foreign cars, alcohol, cigarettes, food, clothing, and services will increase, and bank commissions will be subject to VAT.

The Russian regime is too desperate to protect Moscow and St. Petersburg, while leaving the rest of the country vulnerable.

There is a breaking point, where this war, which Russia has started, cannot be financed and will grind to an hold. Keeping Ukraine afloat to do so will achieve that outcome.

We can deal with Putin and Farage - by holding a #BRENTRY vote to undo the russian destabilisation project in the UK - known as BREXIT.

This is the geopolitical battlefront for the next election in the UK, even if failing @labour or the disgraced @Conservatives won’t recognise it.

Russia isn’t going to agree to a peace deal in good faith. Even if it signs one, it would likely resume attacks soon after, shifting to hybrid tactics or blaming Ukraine for a ceasefire violation Putin ordered, while Trump declares “peace” that doesn’t actually exist.

Perhaps time to FINALLY start restricting travel from that rapidly crashing excuse of an evil empire.
Actually, even though my sentiments towards Russia are not the warmest, this is bad news. This will end up causing endemic multi-drug resistant TB, and this is very bad news indeed.

Good. This type of straight talk is sorely needed. I hope this means he will not talk of peace in ambivalent terms or peace keeping forces or any of that before 🇷🇺 is more or less defeated. Indeed, I hope all European democratic leaders will start talking straight.
Things are not going well for Russia on the battlefield - the President of Finland

Over the past 1000 days, Russia has advanced less than one percentage point into Ukrainian territory, so they are not achieving their strategic military goals," stated Alexander Stubb.

This is very good news, even better than using the frozen Russian assets for a reparations loan; because this signals that Europe is serious about supporting Ukraine, and politically willing to do what it takes. A much-needed clear message that we are taking control of our future. Finally!

Based on nothing but "vibes" --
the Ukraine/frozen assets financing deal looks likely to get done.
Mercosur will be delayed, probably to January. Screws up the signing ceremony EU/Mercosur had planned at the weekend, but won't derail it.

Again - stay tuned!
