Thanksgiving morning is relatively quiet, since I did so much yesterday. Okay, I churned the spiced cider sorbet while I ate breakfast, and I'll prep the sprouts later. But that's mostly it for now, so I'm gonna spend the morning chilling and watching the Macy's parade when it's on in a bit.

People will die, and are currently dying, because RFK was granted one of the most powerful megaphones in the country. Two people who could have thrown barriers in front of his climb decided not to; there's a sex scandal here but it is not the biggest scandal.

Butterflied turkey and made pecan bars, cranberry/raspberry sauce, cornbread dressing, mushroom/leek filling for GF turnovers, labneh, & brown butter bourbon, which leaves us with ~8oz of bourbon-flavored brown butter for future baking deliciousness. Only hot pepper labneh left to do tonight. Phew.

I hate when websites aren't specific about their password requirements.
The site said I needed to use at least 1 letter and 1 number. So I used a cuneiform 3 (𒐮), but it kept complaining that I hadn't used a number!
Frankly, I was adding way more entropy than a Western Arabic Numeral 3 would have.
