Man må faktisk ikke ta permisjon etter fødsel i Norge. Det er verken ulovlig eller uansvarlig å ville jobbe.

Det kan faktisk være det beste for noen kvinner, og det burde være opp til kvinnen selv.

Jeg skjønner at det finnes HR-råd, rutiner og medisinske anbefalinger. NRK vil bare Ulrikkes beste.

Men i denne situasjonen er det bare én person som bestemmer over kroppen sin, situasjonen sin og barnet sitt:

Kvinnen som nettopp har født.
