Yesterday they were shooting priests in the head with rubber bullets. Today they're arresting journalists. If you have anyone in your life who doesn't regularly follow the news and doesn't understand how bad things are and how bad they're about to get, you need to tell them right now. Time is short.

Yep! My core home forecasting workbook has a ROI cell I can tweak for fun and I’m keeping it way low vis-a-vis my portfolio returns just to try and avoid too much of a hit since mkt irrationality is kinda baked in thanks to DC…😁

Yep. Pulled my stuff back to much more conservative in Q1 as even then it was clear a bubble was forming. Figured DJT would exacerbate things and appears I’m not far off base. I’ll still feel a sting, but millions of my neighbors are gonna get socked. Sucks…

Still pondering this. It’s not unusual for friendly offshore AF units to get older (Cold War era) base space for training detachments. Heck, Qatar will bunk right next to the existing RSAF (Singapore) folks out there.

But this time the “deal” is super tainted by that 747. Vexing.

Yep. Same stuff growing up in Toledo in the 60s/70s. Then in Indy for years seeing the same. Sad as the Big Auto culture could have coexisted w/good public transportation but not enough traction c/b obtained from government leaders. (There’s a decent paper there for someone…)
