RCC Christmas Lunch Club Run today🎅🏻Joined the steady group to avoid overcooking myself, which worked well. Great to get a decent ride in again with club mates, and an excellent lunch at The Rising Sun at Witheridge Hill. Most enjoyable, and leg held up well with strength returning👍

My friend's son was hit by a car whilst cycling yesterday outside Swindon. He is seriously injured. The car sped off and the police are looking for witnesses, particularly those with dashcams.

The super-rich rightwing are pouring money into Reform. Do ordinary voters really think their aim is to even out social inequality and make their lives better? Back to the cycle commute today….leg was fine with gentle effort. Heard a rider following me go over the bonnet of a right turning car, which was a bit unfortunate🤦🏻♂️ He was ok. Coffee was procured before work commenced☕️👍
