yes, this is certainly a concern. this is why i am proposing a program to surgically remove the trigger fingers of former ice agents to reduce their further danger to the community
It’s worth considering that an overnight dismantling of ICE in 2029 would release into the wild a whole herd of specialists in violence with scant other marketable skills.
