There are videos of large trees collapsing. Sometimes they emit loud cracking sounds for hours as wood fibers take the full weight, fail, the tree settles a millimeter, the next fibers fail, and so on.

The public isn't aware of this at all, but a bunch of the recent Supreme Court cases have been based on entirely fake facts. Conservative activists fake up a case, and SCOTUS uses the fake case to make sweeping changes in the law.

Trump has now asserted the rights to:

- create criminal laws

- not spend money Congress has said must be spent

- spend money Congress has said must not be spent, in unlimited quantities

It's not clear to me whether Congress will ever come back into session. Why bother?

Unconstitutionally taking money that the law says must be spent on one purpose & using it for something else—when it's to establish personalist control over the FUCKING MILITARY—is about as dangerous a constitutional crisis/failure as you can imagine

The Office of Management and Budget sent a notification to Congress about their intent to use research and development funds to pay members of the military, two sources with direct knowledge tell NBC News.

A spokesperson for the OMB confirmed to NBC News that it plans to use the research and development funds and that there are two years' worth of funds available within the Department of Defense.

So in other words it is completely clear and known to the government that the contract she signed SPECIFICALLY ALLOWS renting out the property and that James' family members reside in the property. A 100% malicious prosecution.
